Melina Suter has several years of experience in the field of corporate law as well as in national and international M&A transactions. Her practice focuses on advising start-ups on their formation, the implementation of financing rounds and restructurings. She also regularly advises companies and private individuals on employment law matters, whether in connection with employment contracts, dismissals, remuneration and bonus systems, non-competition clauses or staff leasing as well as transactional matters (transfers of undertakings and mass redundancies). In addition, she assists clients with commercial law and general contract law issues.

Before joining Advoro, Melina Suter worked for several years as a lawyer at Schellenberg Wittmer AG in Zurich. Prior to that, she worked as an auditor and clerk at the District Court of Meilen and as a trainee lawyer at Lenz & Staehelin in Zurich.

Melina Suter studied at the Universities of Lausanne and Basel (BLaw and MLaw), as well as at the University of Strasbourg in France (Master de Droits Européens) and the University of Freiburg in Germany (LL.M.).

Melina Suter works mainly in German and English and also speaks French. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and is authorized to conduct litigation throughout Switzerland.
