About
Dr. Alexander Eichhorn has many years of experience in financial market, corporate and general commercial law. He specializes in particular in collective investment law (fund law). He is also active in the areas of private equity, start-ups and venture capital. As a notary public, he notarizes company formations, amendments to articles of association as well as marriage and inheritance contracts. He publishes regularly in his specialist areas. In addition to his work as a lawyer, he is also a lecturer at the University of St.Gallen (HSG). His clients include Swiss and international private clients and institutional and regulated companies.
Alexander Eichhorn studied at the University of St.Gallen (BA 2007; MA 2009; Dr. iur. HSG 2014). Before being admitted to the bar, he worked as a trainee at Lenz & Staehelin in Zurich and as an auditor at the District Court of St.Gallen. Before joining Advoro, Alexander Eichhorn completed an internship at Royal Advocates Ltd, a boutique commercial law firm in Bangkok, Thailand. Alexander Eichhorn then worked for several years as a lawyer at Baker & McKenzie and Walder Wyss AG in Zurich.
Alexander Eichhorn works mainly in German and English. He is registered in the register of attorneys and notaries of the Canton of St.Gallen and is authorized to conduct litigation throughout Switzerland.
