Delia Zellweger studied at the University of Zurich (BLaw and MLaw) and then completed her legal traineeship at Walder Wyss AG in Zurich.
Her practice focuses on M&A, venture capital and private equity, as well as corporate and contract law. She regularly advises domestic and international investors and start-ups on incorporations, financing rounds, restructurings, exits and other legal matters arising in the course of day-to-day business.
