Dr. Simon Lang is a partner in Advoro’s Corporate & M&A team in Zurich, advising founders, family-owned businesses, start-ups and their strategic and financial partners on mid-market acquisitions, exits and strategic transitions. He combines deep legal and commercial experience in sell-side and buy-side mandates with a focus on enabling owners to navigate succession-driven exits, partial exits and reinvestment strategies.

Simon works closely with private owners, family offices and private capital sponsors to structure and execute transactions that balance business continuity, governance complexity and value maximization. His practice includes cross-border deals as well as joint ventures, corporate restructurings and governance optimization.

Before joining Advoro, he gained broad experience in top tier law firms in Zurich and London and served as senior in-house counsel for listed international corporations. He holds a doctorate from the University of Zurich, where he wrote on restructuring law, and brings practical entrepreneurial insight as co-founder of two start-ups.
