On 13 September 2023, Intrum AB (STO:INTRUM) announced the acquisition of eCollect AG, Europe’s leading receivable management platform headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, with subsidiaries in Germany and Bulgaria.
eCollect’s comprehensive service covers every step of the process, from creating and sending invoices to issuing payment reminders and even handling pre-legal and legal debt collection. The acquisition of eCollect AG will accelerate Intrum’s transformation to a more tech-driven organization.
