Two Swiss market leaders are joining forces: Aepsy, a leading platform for psychological support, has acquired kinastic AG, a provider of digital corporate health and wellbeing solutions. Through the transaction, psychological support, prevention and health promotion services will be brought together under one integrated offering. Aepsys corporate clients and their employees will gain access to a comprehensive, end-to-end wellbeing solution from a single provider.
