Helvetica Property Group (Helvetica Property Investors AG) has successfully completed the merger of the Helvetica Swiss Opportunity Fund (HSO Fund) into the Helvetica Swiss Commercial Fund (HSC Fund). As part of this strategic consolidation, the HSO Fund was delisted from the SIX Swiss Exchange, and investors received corresponding units in the HSC Fund. The merger of the real estate funds is aimed at streamlining Helvetica’s fund structure and increasing operational efficiency, while offering investors broader diversification and enhanced liquidity. Ahead of the merger, the structure of the HSO Fund was aligned to ensure substantial equivalence between the two real estate funds.
