W. Rokitzky AG, a leading specialist in HVAC systems in the greater Zurich area with locations in Wallisellen, Hinwil, Winterthur, and Zurich, is joining the Danish InstallerGroup as part of its entry into the Swiss market.

InstallerGroup, founded in Denmark in 2023, is a leading provider of integrated building technology services. With around 1,800 employees in Denmark and approximately 130 employees in Switzerland, it offers comprehensive services in the areas of plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical systems, and building automation.

Advoro acted as legal advisor to the shareholders of W. Rokitzky AG. The team was led by Boris Räber (M&A) and included Simon Lang, Melina Suter, Delia Zellweger (all M&A), as well as Luciano Schmid (Tax). On the M&A side, UBS advised the sellers, with Robert Brändle and Marco Stübi leading the transaction.
